Ancient India's 'Time Travel'
‘Time
Travel’ one of the mysterious thing. Whenever we get this
word curiosity takes place in our mind. We start to think about this word in
deep. There are so many theories and lots of experiments has been done on time
travel but we are not up to the any final conclusion. Many people have a wish
to look at the past and also strange about their future. So nowadays it is
somehow possible to have a look in the past as we all know experiment has done
on ‘Big Bang’. We cannot travel in past because if we take an example that, you
murder yourself by travelling in past then how could you be in the future that
leads to the ‘ Paradox’ condition but there are quite chances to travel in
future.
As per the Einstein’s
theory of special relativity: ‘If any person is travelling with the speed of
light then we observe slow aging because time is slow for that person comparing
to who is on earth.’ To check this fact one experiment had done by keeping one
clock in plane and another on ground it proves that the theory was correct. So
isn’t this amazing thing?
But we would like to
take your attention on one thing that the ‘Time Travel’ incidence has already
written down in ‘Hindu Puranas’. The story was mentioned in the ‘Mahabharata’
written by Maharshi Vyas and many of the Indians and Hindus believe it as a
true incident. There was a king named by Kakudami who wanted to find groom for
his daughter Revati. So they both went to the God of creation ‘Bramha’ for his
advice. As per Hindu peoples’ perspective God Bramha lives in space. When they
both reached there Bramha was listening a song and when Bramha asked the reason
of coming to him, he said I listed out some grooms for my daughter then which
one would be better for my daughter. Then Bramha laughed on him and said the
time has gone your son in law is died. Then king got shocked by listening
Bramha’s answer he then asked the reason to which Bramha explained that 27 ‘Chatur
Yuagas’ has already passed.
Let we have look on
Indian calendar words:
1 Yuga= 12000years
Chatur = 4
So again God Bramha
said to him “there is no use of choosing groom for your daughter because all
your known relatives and also your many descendants has died.” When they
returned to earth everything was changed. So they found Balarama(Hindu god
Krishna’s elder brother) and proposed to him then Revati and Balarama got
married.
So from this we can
conclude that Indians had knowledge about time travel since long ago otherwise
there was no chance of appearance of such kind of story in Hindu puranas. This shows us how great ancient
Indian’s knowledge should came to know to the all world.
